6- Activities that are contrary to the principles set out in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work; these principles include respect for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, the elimination of forced labour, the abolition of child labour, the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation, and the provision of a safe and healthy working environment. These principles are fundamental rights defined by the relevant ILO conventions and are universal standards that all ILO member countries must respect and promote.
